We will repair or replace the defective product within the first 30 days after you receive it at no cost to you. If you would prefer a refund, then you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us for a full refund. You may return new, unused, and resalable items for a refund or exchange within the first 30 days after delivery. Please be sure to keep return the product in it's original packaging. Simply fill out our online Return Request Form to obtain a RMA number and instructions. We will credit you for the total purchase price minus original shipping cost upon our receipt of your return. Although all items on our site have Free Shipping, our actual shipping cost in delivering your order will be deducted from the total purchase price. Products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment.
