Our Imprint Process is an economical alternative to silk screening, eliminating the need for costly screen while delivering crisp, fine lines as well as perfect lettering for complex logos.  The technical explanation of the imprinting process is this:  Our ThermoFilm process begins with a thin, high-quality urethane film in the color of your choice. Your custom lettering or logo is then CNC cut into the film. Detailed Description: Wood is select hardwoods (Beech, Maple, Birch, etc.). Finish is available in clear varnish or gloss enamel colors. Each chair is hand dipped to form double topcoats. All hardware is gold zinc plated and rust resistant. Slings are 14 oz colorfast, washable cotton canvas and available in many colors. Slings are replaceable and available on website. Commercial grade quality for home or contractor use.
