We will repair or replace the defective product within the first 30 days after you receive it at no cost to you. If you would prefer a refund, then you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us for a full refund. Although all items on our site have Free Shipping, our actual shipping cost in delivering your order will be deducted from the total purchase price.
